In order to welcome the publication of “Metal Recycling”, which was renamed as “China Recycled Materials”, the editorial work conference was held in Changping, Beijing from August 26 to August 31, 1991. The main editorial board, all the members of the theoretical and policy research department, the major regional correspondent station owners and some provinces and cities manager of a total of more than 20 people attended the meeting.
