目的调查综合医院实习医师的心理健康状况,为更好地指导临床实习提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)与自行设计的一般情况调查量表,对在综合医院实习的西医与中医实习医师分别进行调查。结果与常模相比,实习医师的SCL-90总分与各因子分均存在异常,以躯体化、抑郁、敌对、偏执和总分较为突出。性别与家庭经济状况对其心理有明显影响。不同院校其总分与各因子分不存在明显差异。结论实习医师存在明显的心理问题,应给予及时的心理健康教育与适当的干预措施。 Objective To investigate the mental health status of intern in general hospital and provide a theoretical basis for better guiding clinical practice. Methods The SCL-90 questionnaire and self-designed general questionnaire were used to investigate the internship of western medicine and Chinese medicine practitioners in general hospitals respectively. Results Compared with the norm, the SCL-90 scores and factors of the intern were abnormal, and somatization, depression, hostility, paranoid and total score were more prominent. Gender and family economic conditions have a significant impact on their psychology. There is no obvious difference between the total score and each factor in different colleges. Conclusion Interns have obvious psychological problems and should be given timely mental health education and appropriate interventions.
