根据对比试验结果,阐明了大石花菜切段再生以及切段再生附着形成匍匐体与环境条件、切段生理状态的关系,论述了大石花菜切段再生的机理。对切段育苗的附着基和切段撒播的密度进行了筛选,进而提出了大石花菜切段育苗的技术要点。
