主治肝肾阴寒,小腹疼痛,疝气等。余自临证以来,偶以前方加减治疗几例疾病,收效甚佳。择录于此。1 左胁痛案 李×,女,54岁,1990—7—5诊,左胁肋部疼痛两年余,疼痛呈隐痛,绵绵不止,其它伴有症状不明显,曾以胃痛多方诊治,收效甚微。诊见畏寒喜暖,舌质淡;脉沉。此属左胁痛之证,良由寒凝肝脉,气不达所而然。宜暖肝散寒,行气止痛,佐以活血行气之味。拟暖肝煎加减。
