为加强对全县各级医疗卫生机构消毒情况的管理，对全县58家各级医疗卫生机构进行消毒效果监测．共抽检各类样品517份，合格366份，合格率70．79％，其中县级合格率96．05％（146／152）；乡级合格率74．81％（101／135）；村级合格率51．74％（119/230），县、乡、村三级消毒合格率的差异有显著的统计学意义。为此，提出了巩固县级、抓好乡级、促进村级的改进意见，目的以提高消毒质量，切实防止医源性感染，保证医疗卫生的消毒安全，提高医疗服务水平．
