目的 :为了控制金钱通淋口服液质量 ,建立样品绿原酸含量测定方法。方法 :HPLC法测定样品绿原酸含量 :用hy persilODS 2柱 ,流动相为甲醇 乙腈 水 (10∶2 .5∶87) ,醋酸调PH3.0 ,紫外检测器 ,检测波长 32 5nm。 结果 :此法绿原酸标准品线性关系良好 (r =0 .9990 ) ,平均回收率达 99.87%,相对标准差RSD =0 .77%。结论 :本法方便、快速、准确 ,可用于金钱通淋口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To control the quality of Tongling Oral Liquid, establish a method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid in the sample. Methods :HPLC method was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in the samples : Hysilil ODS 2 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol acetonitrile water (10∶2 .5∶87), acetic acid was adjusted to pH 3.0, UV detector, detection wavelength was 32 5nm. RESULTS: The linearity of the chlorogenic acid standard was good (r = 0.999). The average recovery rate was 99.87%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.77%. Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Qiang Tong Lian Oral Liquid.
