最近,辽宁省委组织部为进一步深化企业改革,加快全省建立现代企业制度的步伐,建立和完善与社会主义市场经济相适应的公司制企业的领导体制和企业领导人员的任用制度,规范公司的法人治理结构,制定了《关于辽宁省公司制国有企业领导人员任用的暂行办法》。本刊记者就规定中的有关问题采访了省委组织部负责同志。
