目的 :观察高原世居和移居青年血管内皮细胞间粘附分子 -1 (ICAM -1 )的表达 ;方法 :在海拔 43 0 0m对 2 0名藏族青年和 2 0名汉族青年运用酶联免疫分析法 (ELISA)进行血清ICAM -1含量检测 ;结果 :高原移居汉族青年较世居藏族青年血清ICAM的表达增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :低氧引起内皮细胞粘附分子的表达增强 ,促进循环白细胞与内皮细胞粘附。高原世居藏族对氧的利用更经济有效 ,具有最佳的生理适应模式 ,这是长期对高原自然习服的结果。
Objective: To observe the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) between native and migrant young people in highland plateau.METHODS: ELISA was performed on 20 Tibetans and 20 Han youth at 43 0 0m above sea level (ELISA) was used to detect serum ICAM-1 levels. Results: The expression of ICAM in sera from Han nationality Tibetan Plateau increased significantly (P <0.05); Conclusion: The expression of ICAM-1 was enhanced by hypoxia , Promote the adhesion of circulating white blood cells and endothelial cells. The utilization of oxygen by Tibetan natives in the plateau is more economical and effective and has the best physiological adaptation mode, which is the result of long-term natural acclimation to the plateau.
