柑桔采收以后,光合作用基本停止,呼吸作用仍然进行并成为新陈代谢的主导过程。呼吸作用和环境条件及各种生理生化过程密切相关,也影响到贮藏柑桔的品质变化和贮藏期的长短。因此,在研究柑桔贮藏时,要注意果品的呼吸强度的变化。为了探明京2B膜剂对柑桔贮藏过程中的生理机制,我们在不同湿度条件下测定了不同处理的呼吸强度。
After the harvest of citrus, photosynthesis basically stopped, and respiration still proceeded and became the dominant process of metabolism. Respiration and environmental conditions and a variety of physiological and biochemical processes are closely related, but also affect the quality of stored citrus and storage of the length of the change. Therefore, in the study of citrus storage, pay attention to the changes in fruit respiration intensity. In order to ascertain the physiological mechanism of Beijing 2B filming on citrus storage, we measured the respiration intensity of different treatments under different humidity conditions.
