高技能人才是中国石油天然气集团公司人才队伍的重要组成部分,是企业生产建设的核心骨干,是推动技术创新和技术成果转化的重要力量。加快集团公司高技能人才队伍建设,是关系到贯彻落实科学发展观,实施人才强企战略,增强企业核心竞争力,努力构建和谐企业,为国家能源保障做贡献的重要举措。高技能人才队伍建设,包括培养、选拔、评价、使用、激励、交流、保障等方面的工作,现就高技能人才培养与评价的方式谈点看法。
High-skilled personnel are an important part of the personnel team of China National Petroleum Corporation and are the core backbone of the production and construction of enterprises. They are also important forces for promoting technological innovation and transformation of technological achievements. Speeding up the construction of highly-skilled personnel in a group company is an important measure that has a bearing on implementing the scientific concept of development, implementing a strategy of strengthening the company by strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises, building a harmonious enterprise and contributing to the country’s energy security. The construction of high-skilled personnel, including training, selection, evaluation, use, incentive, exchange, security and other aspects of work, is now on the highly skilled personnel training and evaluation of the way to talk about the point of view.
