随着我国医药卫生体制改革的深入,国有中、小医院面临许多发展的机遇与挑战,笔者作为国有中、小医院的院长,就医院资源重组实践和医院股份制的改造进行粗浅论述。一、组建医院集团是医院发展的形势所迫 1、医院发展遇到了自身难以化解的困难。太原市作为山西省省会,有各类医院131所,其中省级医院14所,各省级医院凭借政府较多的资金支持和较强的技术优势,占据着越来越大的医疗市场份额,私立医院又凭借着灵活的机制挤占着市场,而我院属国有中、小医院,直而生存与发展的严峻挑战。 2、医院补偿机制不完善。地方财政给医院的补贴只占医院业务总收入的8.7%,且按每年20%的幅度递减,
