本文在简述国内外发展机器人概况的基础上,论述了我国发展机器人产业的必要性和可能性。文中指出的我国机器人发展中存在的主要问题,通过国家“七五”攻关计划和“863”高技术计划的实施已不同程度地得到解决。“八五”将以机器人应用技术为主,提高机器人可靠性,进一步发展机器人技术。本文阐述了我国发展机器人技术的基本方针,提出一系列政策措施,对我国机器人技术的发展和机器人产业的形成战略作出了探讨。
Based on a brief introduction of the development of robotics at home and abroad, this article discusses the necessity and possibility of developing robotics industry in our country. The major problems in the robot development in our country pointed out in the article have been solved to some extent through the implementation of the national “Seventh Five-Year Plan” and the implementation of the “863” High-Tech Plan. The “Eighth Five-Year Plan” will mainly focus on the application of robotics to improve the reliability of robots and further develop the robotics. This article elaborates the basic principle of developing robotics in our country, puts forward a series of policies and measures, and explores the development of robotics in our country and the forming strategy of robot industry.
