随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的不断深入,以校为本的教学研究制度建设已经成为推进课程改革的重要策略,在新课程改革中正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。但也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。一、教学时间紧张,影响了校本教研活动的深入开展一是开设的学科增多,再加上课时量大幅度增加,使学科教学的授课时间相对减少。二是校本课程、校本培训、常规会议等占用了每周二天的下午自习课时间,造成学生练习、辅导的时间不够用。
