关于精简文件问题,自四月十七日市委、市人委联合发出“关于大力精简文件,认真克服官僚主义和文牍主义的通知”以后,行政公文的质量有所提高,数量有所减少。但是,有些单位还没有认真按照市委、市人委的联合通知执行,例如一件公文多头主送,有的单位以行政名义送市人委又送市长,也有的单位以党组名义行文,既送市委又送市人委,不分党政,乱抄乱送,行文关系很乱;至于稿面字迹不清,文章冗长,中心不明确等情况,常常有之。这就相对地增加了公文数量,影响了公文质量和外理公文
