目的:研究5-氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素加顺铂在局部晚期宫颈癌术前新辅助化疗中的作用。方法:应用5-氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素加铂类经股动脉插管,超选择性选择子宫动脉对局部晚期维族宫颈癌术前进行灌注化疗后栓塞,观察24例患者化疗前后局部肿瘤体积变化、手术切除率、盆腔淋巴结转移、脉管癌栓、病灶局部化疗反应。结果:作为术前新辅助化疗,肿瘤体积缩小总有效率87.5%,CR16.66%,手术切除率100%。结论:5-氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素加铂类方案联合化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌术前新辅助化疗方面疗效明显。
Objective: To study the role of 5-Fluorouracil, mitomycin and cisplatin in preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods: 5-Fluorouracil, mitomycin and platinum were injected through the femoral artery and superselectively selected uterine artery for embolization of locally advanced Uygur cervical cancer before chemotherapy. The changes of local tumor volume in 24 patients before and after chemotherapy were observed , Surgical resection rate, pelvic lymph node metastasis, vascular tumor thrombus, focal local chemotherapy response. Results: As a preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, tumor volume reduction total effective rate 87.5%, CR 16.66%, surgical resection rate 100%. Conclusion: The combination of 5-Fluorouracil, mitomycin and platinum plus chemotherapy is effective in preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer.
