在相近似的辐照度、不同的光质条件下,我们比较了各种光质对康乃馨试管苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,白光下生物产量最高,其次是在红光下;蓝光和绿光有利于侧芽的产生;蓝光有利于提高茎叶里还原糖的含量,而光质对总糖量的影响不大;蓝光还有利于蛋白质含量的增加;黄光下茎叶内的核酸含量提高;白光促进叶绿素的合成,其它波长光处理均有不同程度的抑制作用。
In the similar irradiance, different light quality conditions, we compared the light quality of carnation plantlets growth and development. The results showed that the highest yield was under white light and the second was under red light. The blue light and green light were beneficial to the production of lateral buds. The blue light was beneficial to increase the reducing sugar content in stems and leaves, while the light quality had little effect on the total sugar content. Blue light is also conducive to the increase of protein content; the content of nucleic acids in stems and leaves under yellow light increased; white light promoted the synthesis of chlorophyll, and other wavelengths of light treatment had different degrees of inhibition.
