碲锡铅(Pb_1-aSn To)是一种禁带宽度可调的三元化合物半导体,用它不仅可制备8~14um的高灵敏度的红外探测器,而且可以制备长波红外可调谐激光器.
Pb_1-aSn To is a ternary compound semiconductor with adjustable bandgap. It can not only prepare high sensitivity infrared detector of 8 ~ 14um, but also can prepare long wavelength infrared tunable laser.
