采用特征通流面积作为表征汽轮机级组通流能力大小的指标,以此诊断汽轮机级组的热力性能故障。以国产600 MW和300 MW机组为例分析了该指标的准确性,并根据高压部分级组和最末级组产生计算偏差的原因,分别给出了不同的修正方法。实例计算表明,提出的修正方法可有效地提高诊断指标的计算精度。
The characteristic flow area is used as an index to characterize the flow capacity of the steam turbine group, so as to diagnose the thermal performance failure of the steam turbine. Taking the domestic 600 MW and 300 MW units as an example, the accuracy of this index is analyzed. Different correction methods are given respectively according to the reasons of the calculated deviations in the high-pressure partial-stage group and the last-stage stage. The example calculation shows that the proposed correction method can effectively improve the accuracy of the diagnostic indicators.
