祁菊微波水提工艺的优化,采取L9(34)正交优化试验,以祁菊总黄酮及木犀草苷提取率为指标,水为溶剂,考察料液比、提取时间和提取温度等因素对提取率的影响,并与水回流法进行比较。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间3min、料液比1:25、提取温度85℃、提取2次,此条件下总黄酮和木犀草苷提取率分别为65.02%、85.77%;水回流法总黄酮、木犀草苷提取率分别为66.12%、85.37%。微波水提法可以在较短时间和较低温度下达到水回流下的提取率,从而获得一条高效率、经济安全的提取工艺路线。
The optimum technological conditions of Qiju microwave water extraction were L9 (34) orthogonal test. The extraction rate of total flavonoids of Qiju and luteolin was taken as the index, water was used as solvent, and the ratio of material to liquid, extraction time and extraction temperature The effect of extraction rate was compared with the water reflux method. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were extraction time 3min, solid-liquid ratio 1:25, extraction temperature 85 ℃, and extraction twice. Microwave water extraction can achieve the extraction rate under water reflux in a relatively short period of time and at a lower temperature, so as to obtain an efficient and economically safe extraction process.
