在当前,随着依法治国和高等教育体制的不断改革,在中职院校学生工作中逐渐的引入了法治化理念,其中职业学校学生管理法治化是实现依法治校的主要内容。本文主要从职业院校学生管理存在的问题进行研究,针对这些问题制定了有效的途径,来进一步提高法治化的管理,这样大大的降低了职业院校在学生管理中的矛盾,最终为实现依法治校以及构建和谐校园做出了有效的保障,促进了职业院校学生管理工作的有效进行。
At present, with the continuous reform of governing the country by law and the higher education system, the concept of legalization has gradually been introduced into the work of students in secondary vocational schools. The legalization of student management in vocational schools is the main content of the law-based management. This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the management of students in vocational colleges and puts forward effective ways to solve these problems so as to further improve the management of the rule of law. This greatly reduces the contradictions in the management of students in vocational colleges. In the end, School governance and the construction of a harmonious campus has made effective protection, and promote the effective management of students in vocational colleges.
