研究背景与意义智慧城市是当代城市发展的新模式,也是城市信息化发展的高级阶段。实践表明,建设智慧城市能促进我国现阶段城镇化、现代化的发展,因此我国政府对“智慧城市”的建设高度重视。2013年,国务院连续发布了《关于促进信息消费扩大内需的若干意见》、《“宽带中国”战略及实施方案》和《国务院关于推进物联网有序健康发展的指导意见》,为“智慧城市”发展提供了重要的政策导向。
Research Background and Significance Smart city is a new model of contemporary urban development and also an advanced stage in the development of urban informatization. Practice shows that building a smart city can promote the development of urbanization and modernization in our country at this stage. Therefore, our government attaches great importance to the construction of “smart city”. In 2013, the State Council issued “Several Opinions on Promoting Information Consumption and Expanding Domestic Demand”, “China Broadband Strategy and Implementation Plan” and “Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Orderly and Healthy Development of the Internet of Things” Smart City "provides an important policy direction.
