金实教授治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎AST升高的经验

【摘 要】 慢性乙型病毒性肝炎是临床常见疾病，目前临床少见以降AST为主的保肝药物。文章总结金实教授治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎AST升高的经验，金实教授认为本病基本病机为湿热疫毒蕴结，日久损伤肝、脾、肾阴，拟养肝降酶方滋阴养肝、解毒降酶，临床疗效甚佳。

Professor Jin Shis Experience in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B with Elevated AST

Abstract：Chronic viral hepatitis B is the common clinical disease.Few hepatoprotective drugs mainly reduce AST in clinic.The article introduces Professor Jin Shis experience in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B with elevated AST.Professor Jin believes that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is dampness、heat and epidemic virus accumulateandinjury to the liver， spleen and kidney Yin.So Professor Jin proposed Yang Gan Jiang Mei formula to enrich Yin，nourishing the liver，detoxicate andreduce enzyme.The clinical effect is excellent.

实验室检查中，丙氨酸氨基转移酶（Alanine aminotransferase，ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（Aspartate aminotransferase，AST）是肝细胞损伤的主要标志物，ALT主要存在于细胞浆中，AST主要分布于线粒体内。
