时下各种传播介质的问政形式并存,从最初的党报热线、市长信箱、热线电话、电视访谈,到电子邮箱、BBS留言板、论坛、网络视频在线访谈等。随着互联网的应用和普及,除了PC端的网站,政务微博、手机客户端的掌上问政也在各地纷纷出现。但如何整合问政资源、整合问政渠道,让问政更有效率,形成很好的系统合力,很多媒体都在不断地尝试,求解这个方程式。
