Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O系中存在三个超导相,分别为Bi_2Sr_2CuO_x(2201相)、Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_y(2212相)和Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_z(2223相)。Pb取代部分Bi有利于2223相的形成。目前,对这一体系超导相在高温下的行为报道甚少。由于熔融处理对改善人有着重要的作用,因而研究超导相的高温行为对如何提高J_C有着重要的指导意义。
There are three superconducting phases in the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system: Bi_2Sr_2CuO_x (2201), Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_y (2212) and Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_z (2223). The substitution of Pb for part of Bi favors the formation of 2223 phase. At present, the superconducting phase of this system at very low temperatures reported very little behavior. Since the melting treatment plays an important role in improving people, studying the high temperature behavior of the superconducting phase has an important guiding significance on how to improve J_C.
