从2001年开始,在全国范围内实施的农村牧区中小学布局调整政策给内蒙古牧区中小学布局带来了巨大变化。这一政策对教育资源的优化和整合发挥了积极作用,同时也对民族教育带来了甚大影响。本文从社会学视角关注布局调整政策实施后的锡林郭勒盟牧区小学双语教师生存问题,通过问卷与访谈,对双语教师的居住与家庭状况,生存环境与文化环境,收入与支出情况以及流动状况和流动意愿等方面进行分析和探讨。
Since 2001, the nationwide implementation of the policy of adjusting the layout of primary and secondary schools in pastoral areas in rural areas has brought tremendous changes to the layout of primary and secondary schools in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia. This policy has played a positive role in the optimization and integration of educational resources and has also had a great impact on ethnic education. This article focuses on the survival of bilingual teachers in primary schools in Xilin Gol League pastoral area after the implementation of the layout adjustment policy from a sociological perspective.
