患者:男性,2岁6个月。主诉左下肢疼痛伴发热。家族史:母亲于10年前患关节风湿症,服用氯苯氧胺保太松复合体(clofezone),妊娠前10个月已停用,妊期也未再用。既往史:从1岁7个月起就出现多饮多尿,1岁8个月时因糖尿病昏迷住院。之后,以含锌胰岛素(Insulin Lente)14单位皮下注射,病情才基本上得以控制。现病史:在糖尿病发病后7个月,出现低烧伴左下肢疼痛。骨X线检查示左胫骨骨质破坏影象
Patients: male, 2 years and 6 months. Chief complaint of left leg pain with fever. Family history: The mother suffered from rheumatoid arthritis 10 years ago, taking clofezone (clofezone), 10 months before pregnancy has been discontinued, nor during pregnancy. Past history: From the age of 1 year and 7 months since the onset of polyhydramnios, 1 year and 8 months due to diabetic coma hospitalization.
