酷似肠伤寒和风湿类疾病的粟粒型肺结核国内很少报导,现将我院见到的1例报告如下。女患,45岁,一个月前出现畏寒、发热、伴干咳、体温渐升高至39℃以上,尤以午后为著,有盗汗、纳差、谵语、进行性消瘦症状,经抗炎治疗无效而入院。体温39℃,脉搏100次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压100/60mmHg。重病容,呈贫血消瘦外观。血红蛋白9克%,白细胞数4100/mm~3,多次查血沉呈中等值增快,抗“O”≥500,类风湿因子(+),心电图呈多导联ST—T 变化,NBT 39%符合细菌感染。骨髓象呈感染
