利用157个家系组成的大关稻/IR28重组自交系群体,采用牙签接种法,鉴定亲本及157个重组自交系群体对水稻纹枯病的抗性。利用QTL Cartographer软件,对水稻纹枯病抗性基因进行检测分析。结果表明,共检测到qsb1、qsb2、qsb5-1和qsb5-2 4个QTL位点,分别位于第1、2和5染色体上,贡献率为10.41%~36.92%。qsb5-1的加性效应为负值,表明来自供体亲本IR28相应QTL使纹枯病病斑比值变小;qsb1、qsb2和qsb5-2的加性效应为正值,表明来自供体亲本大关稻相应QTL使纹枯病病斑比值变大。
157 parents of Indica rice / IR28 recombinant inbred lines were used to identify the resistance of the parents and 157 recombinant inbred lines to rice sheath blight by using a toothpick inoculation method. The QTL Cartographer software was used to detect and analyze the rice sheath blight resistance genes. The results showed that QTLs qsb1, qsb2, qsb5-1 and qsb5-2 were detected on chromosomes 1, 2 and 5, respectively, with a contribution rate of 10.41% -36.92%. The additive effect of qsb5-1 was negative, indicating that the QTLs for sheath blight lessened from the corresponding QTLs of donor IR28; the additive effects of qsb1, qsb2 and qsb5-2 were positive, indicating that the QTLs from donor parents Corresponding QTLs to rice led to a greater ratio of sheath blight lesions.
