我校是一所典型的山村小学,90%以上的生源来自农民家庭,还有5%是石材厂外来务工人员子女。平日,家长忙于生计无暇教育子女,因知识和能力所限,也很难给孩子很好的教育。另一方面,教师年龄偏大,自我更新能力差,课堂教学沿袭传统的灌输法,教师一言堂,学生被动听。比起城市学校俯拾可得的社会资源,山村可利用的资源很少,教材是学生获得知识的唯一
Our school is a typical mountain village primary school, more than 90% of the students come from peasant families, and 5% are stone factory migrant children. On weekdays, parents are too busy with their children to live their children. Due to limited knowledge and ability, it is also very difficult for them to have a good education for their children.
