随着改革开放的深入进行,经济建设的快速发展,经济领域的犯罪越来越多,如采用添加、涂改伪造土地证内容方式作案的犯罪也明显增加.本文就12起土地证字迹书写时间案件的检验方法和经验介绍如下.1 检验方法1.1 立体显微镜检验法将检材字迹与土地证原书写字迹直接置立体显微镜下观察,可见检材字迹色泽淡、不均匀,有的部位有明显洇散痕迹;而土地证原书写字迹色泽浓、均匀,无洇散痕迹.1.2 溶解检验法
