我们坚持质量第一,同时也坚持便民利民。这两个目标都是我们追求的目标,两者不是矛盾的。现在有一些媒体的报道往往把这两者对立起来,说平价或者惠民医院,保证不了质量,要保证质量,就得要高价服务,这个观点是不对的。完全依靠大型设备的检查,未必能够真正保证医疗质量。设备是死的,人是活的,除了看这些检查的指标以外,还要通过我们的眼睛,通过我们的手,通过我们的嘴,通过我们的耳去体会,这就是医疗的特点,这就是医疗的经验。
