探讨了不同制浆用药条件和磨浆方式(压力磨浆和常压磨浆)对杉木CTMP强度、松厚度和白度的影响,重点研究了不同温度单段H2O2漂白行为和漂白杉木CTMP可能达到的效果。研究结果表明,杉木CTMP具有很好的松厚度,适合用作纸板类原料浆。杉木CTMP化学预处理段化学药品适宜用量为Na2SO325kg/t,DTPA2kg/t;与压力磨浆条件相比,常压磨浆浆的颜色较浅,这种效果一直可以保持到H2O2漂白之后;适宜的化学药品用量,可使杉木CTMP在高温短时间内实现高白度漂白,从而降低漂白化学品消耗、提高漂白设备的产能。
The effects of different pulping conditions and refining methods (pressure refining and atmospheric refining) on the CTMP strength, bulk and whiteness of Chinese fir were discussed.
