本文讨论了大型水轮机电液调速器的发展问题。第一部分主要概述各个发展阶段水轮机电液调速器的特点、传递函数及调节规律;第二部分叙述了国内已运行的水轮机调速器现状及差距;第三部分主要讨论了我国今后水轮机电液调速器发展方向,建议开展职能单元积木式电液调速器的研制工作。这种调速的主要特点是:它是积木组合式的,全部调节功能在电子控制部分实现,具有比例-积分-微分调节规律,因而具有较小的转速死区和较好的速动性,并且有利于生产的标准化系列化,有利于使用的调试和检修,有利于提高水电站及电网的自动化水平。
