T_45′脱碘酶的作用是使局部组织T_4向T_3转化,本实验以~(125)I T_4为底物,应用薄层层析法研究了甲状腺激素(T_3、T_4)及其衍生物(DIT、MIT)对大鼠大脑皮质和肝肾中T_45′脱碘酶的调节,结果发现:在大脑皮质中,T_4抑制T_45′脱碘酶活性,T_3对其无作用;在肝肾中,T_3,T_4都增强T_45′脱碘酶活性,T_3作用更大一些;DIT、MIT在这三种器官中对此酶无作用,这很可能说明T_45′脱碘酶对大鼠大脑皮质和肝肾中的调节机制是不同的,它很可能是局部调节而不是系统调节。
The effect of T_45 ’deiodinase on the transformation of T_4 to T_3 in Tissue was studied.
