JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》第1.d).3)款指出:本规范主要适用的条件之一:测量模型为线性模型、可以转化为线性的模型或可用线性模型近似的模型。其第4.2.8款也明确指出:本规范主要适用于测量模型为线性函数的情况。如果是非线性函数,可采用泰勒级数展开并忽略其高阶项,将被测量近似为输入量的线性函数,才能进行测量不确定度评定。若测量函数为明显非线性,合成标准不确定度评定中必须包括泰勒级数展开中的主要高级项。而之前的JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》对测量
