“美国合金相图资料计划”全称为“美国金属学会和国家标准局合金相图资料计划”(The ASM/NBS Data Program for Alloy Phase Diagrams)。《计划》的草案是美国金属学会和国家标准局在1978年12月共同制定的。《计划》的宗旨是以印刷品及计算机数据库的形式提供金属、类金属及合金的二元系及多元系相图及特性方面的图书目录、数据及图形资料。《计划》是庞大的、世界性的和长期的。它的实施指望冶金界的大力协助,世界各主要相图编辑中心的主观努力和工作交流,并需要向工业界、基金会和政府募集资金。
The American Alloy Phase Diagram Data Project is called “The ASM / NBS Data Program for Alloy Phase Diagrams.” The draft plan was jointly developed by the American Institute of Metals and the National Bureau of Standards in December 1978. The purpose of the Plan is to provide catalogs, data and graphical information on binary and multicomponent phase diagrams and characteristics of metals, metal alloys and alloys in the form of printed matter and computerized databases. The Plan is huge, worldwide and long term. Its implementation relies on the assistance of the metallurgical community, the subjective efforts and exchange of work of the world’s major photo editing centers and the need to raise funds for industry, foundations and government.
