信号相位调制小的功率放大器对多卜勤雷达信号检测是很重要的。用单片微波集成电路/场效应管混合电路 (MMIC/FET混合电路) 做成的X波段3瓦放大器,其偏离载频10kHz测得的相位噪声指标己达-145dBc/Hz。与其它放大器 (如碰撞雪崩渡越时间二极管、行波管和磁控管) 相比,则可看出,MMIC/混合电路功率放大器的相位噪声低。实验表明,放大器工作的非线性和直流稳压器的不稳定性是相位噪声恶化的主要原因。本文介绍各级电路和集成放大组件的线路构成和相位噪声性能,并加以讨论。
Power amplifier with small signal phase modulation is very important for multi-signal detection. An X-band 3-Watt amplifier made from a monolithic microwave integrated circuit / FET hybrid (MMIC / FET hybrid) has a phase noise of -145 dBc / Hz measured at a carrier frequency of 10 kHz. Compared with other amplifiers (such as impact avalanche transit time diodes, traveling wave tubes and magnetrons), it can be seen, MMIC / hybrid circuit power amplifier phase noise is low. Experiments show that the non-linear amplifier work and instability of the DC regulator is the main reason for the deterioration of phase noise. This article describes the circuit configuration and phase noise performance of all levels of circuits and integrated amplification components and discusses them.
