培养学生非智力因素,当今已成为教学改革的一项重要内容。所谓非智力因素,就是指学生兴趣、情感、意志、性格等心理因素,它对一个人的成长很重要,它是学生学习活动的动力因素,起着定向作用。 非智力因素所受到的影响源是很多的,诸如社会环境(精神和物质)、家庭环境(家庭教育)和学校环境(师德)的影响。本文着重论述学校即师德对学生非智力因素的影响。 古往今来,对于“为人师表”、“师德修养”,早有诸多论述,人们极力赞颂那些师德高尚的导师,因为教师负有“传道解惑”,培养下一代的重任,其品性、德行就是我们言及的师德。
Cultivating students’ non-intellectual factors has become an important part of teaching reform today. The so-called non-intellectual factors refer to the psychological factors such as students’ interest, emotion, will and personality. It is very important for one’s growth. It is the motivating factor for students’ learning activities and plays a directional role. There are many sources of influence on non-intellectual factors, such as the influence of social environment (mental and material), family environment (home education), and school environment (teacher ethics). This article focuses on the impact of the school, which is teacher morality, on students’ non-intelligence factors. Throughout the ages, there have been many discussions about “being a teacher” and “teacher’s moral training”. People highly praise those noble teachers of virtue, because teachers have “preaching doubts” and cultivating the next generation’s heavy responsibilities.
