建设强大的、高素质的职工队伍是实现党的目标的基础和保障,是实施人才强国战略的重要内容,是保持和发展工人阶级先进性的关键所在,是时代对工人阶级的新要求。我们要全面落实党中央提出的“建设学习型社会,促进人的全面发展”的基本目标,必须充分认识建设高素质职工队伍的重大意义,必须适应经济关系、劳动关系的变化,这是强化新时期工会维权工作的需要,也是工会履行维护基本职责的有效途径。
Building a strong and highly qualified workforce is the basis and guarantee for the realization of the party’s goal. It is an important part of implementing the strategy of strengthening the country by employing qualified personnel. It is the key to maintaining and developing the advanced nature of the working class and is the new demand of the working class. We must fully implement the basic goal put forward by the CPC Central Committee in “building a learning society and promoting people’s all-round development”. We must fully recognize the great significance of building a high-quality workforce and must adapt to the changes in economic and labor relations. The needs of labor union rights protection during this period are also an effective way for trade unions to fulfill their basic duties.
