于1992年夏秋季节对西藏地区4500m以下三种海拔高度15cm深土壤进行了需氧、厌氧菌总数及种类调查。结果表明,需氧菌总数平均11.1×105~30.1×105个/g之间;厌氧总数平均7.91×103~8.54×103个/g之间。经t检验和χ2检验,三种海拔高度之间需氧、厌氧菌总数相差不显著(P>0.05);除臭鼻克雷伯菌相差显著(P<0.05)外,其它需氧、厌氧菌种类与海拔高度无关;三种海拔高度之间需氧菌、厌氧菌种类总的阳性检出率相差都不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,4500m内海拔高度对土壤中的细菌生长繁殖没有影响。
In summer and autumn in 1992, the total aerobic and anaerobic bacteria count and species of three kinds of soils with altitude below 4500m in Tibet were surveyed. The results showed that the total number of aerobic bacteria was between 11.1 × 105 ~ 30.1 × 105 / g and the average number of anaerobic bacteria was 7.91 × 103 ~ 8.54 × 103 / g. The results of t test and χ2 test showed that there was no significant difference in aerobic and anaerobic bacteria between the three altitudes (P> 0.05), but significant difference (P <0.05) between the two strains The types of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria were independent of the altitude. There was no significant difference in the total positive detection rate of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria between the three altitudes (P> 0.05). The results showed that the altitude of 4500m had no effect on the bacterial growth in the soil.
