职业道德教育是学生思想教育的一项重要内容,是以职业道德为核心开展的思想政治教育,这项教育是职业教育改革与发展的必然要求。主要针对目前中职学校职业道德教育存在的问题,以分析问题出现的原因为切入点,以新疆幼儿师范学校为例,结合教育教学实践,提出针对性强的、可操作的教育策略。
Professional ethics education is one of the important contents of ideological education for students and the ideological and political education based on professional ethics. This education is a necessary requirement for the reform and development of vocational education. It mainly aims at the existing problems of professional ethics education in secondary vocational schools. By analyzing the causes of the problems, this paper takes Xinjiang kindergarten normal schools as an example, and puts forward targeted and operable education strategies based on the practice of education and teaching.
