着重讲述了一种面向敏捷制造的资源重构的机理和实现的关键技术,其中包括多层次的资源模型的建立、集成搜索系统与智能决策系统的实现。智能决策系统是以进化计算方法 (主要是遗传算法 )为基础。通过网络技术将不同地理位置的单元资源集成起来,最佳地对这些资源加以利用,实现生产资源的快速重构,进而为实现敏捷制造奠定坚实的基础。
It focuses on the key technologies of mechanism and realization of resource reconstruction for agile manufacturing, including the establishment of multi-level resource model, the realization of integrated search system and intelligent decision-making system. Intelligent decision-making systems are based on evolutionary computation methods (mainly genetic algorithms). Through network technology, unit resources of different geographical locations are integrated, the resources are utilized optimally, and the rapid rebuilding of production resources is realized, which lays a solid foundation for the realization of agile manufacturing.
