目的:研究地尔硫芯对葛根素血药浓度及药动学参数的影响。方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定与地尔硫芯合用前后葛根素的血药浓度。结果:注射合用后,地尔硫芯在低剂量时(0.5 mg·kg-1)对葛根素的药动学过程无显著性影响(P>0.05),但在高剂量时(2.5 mg·kg-1)有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素与地尔硫芯合用时,在一定浓度范围内,地尔硫芯可抑制葛根素从大鼠体内的消除;二者合并用药时应对葛根素进行临床给药监测。
Objective: To study the influence of Diltiazem on plasma concentration of puerarin and pharmacokinetic parameters. Methods: The plasma concentrations of puerarin before and after combination with diltiazem were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Diltiazem had no significant effect on the pharmacokinetics of puerarin at low dose (0.5 mg · kg-1) (P> 0.05), but at high dose (2.5 mg · kg-1) kg-1) (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Diltiazem can inhibit the elimination of puerarin from rats in a certain concentration range when the combination of puerarin and diltiazem is used. When the combination of puerarin and puerarin is used, the clinical administration of puerarin should be monitored.
