目的了解深圳市南北区某存储设备制造企业洁净车间的职业病危害现状。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康监护等方法进行分析。结果该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素有:正己烷、四氯化碳、丙酮、丙烯酸、异丙醇、噪声、紫外辐射和激光。部分作业岗位异丙醇浓度、短波紫外辐射、噪声强度超过职业接触限值。结论该企业通过采取有效的职业病危害防护措施,基本能够控制存在的职业病危害因素,但需注意洁净车间这种特殊工作环境的职业卫生问题。
Objective To understand the status of occupational hazards in the clean workshop of a storage equipment manufacturer in Shenzhen North and South Area. Methods Occupational health field surveys, occupational disease hazard testing, occupational health monitoring and other methods were analyzed. Results The main hazards of occupational hazards in the enterprise were: n-hexane, carbon tetrachloride, acetone, acrylic acid, isopropanol, noise, UV radiation and lasers. Part of the job isopropanol concentration, shortwave ultraviolet radiation, the noise intensity exceeds the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The enterprise can effectively control occupational hazards by adopting effective protective measures against occupational hazards, but it should pay attention to occupational health problems in this special work environment such as clean rooms.
