目的:研究忍冬木层孔菌的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及反相柱色谱进行分离纯化,并运用波谱方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从忍冬木层孔菌中共分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:麦角甾醇过氧化物(1)、麦角甾醇(2)、香草醛(3)、3,4-二羟基苄叉丙酮(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)和正二十二烷酸(6)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从忍冬木层孔菌中分离得到,其中,化合物4为新天然产物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Lonicera pleuropneumoniae. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and reverse phase column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results: Six compounds were isolated from Pseudomonas aeruginosa and identified as ergosterol peroxide (1), ergosterol (2), vanillin (3), 3,4-dihydroxybenzylidene acetone (4), β-sitosterol (5) and n-docosanoic acid (6). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from Lonicera lucidum for the first time, of which, compound 4 is a new natural product.
