报道一种高质量Bi系2223相超导体块材样品合成方法。利用2223相形成机制:2212+Ca_2PbO_4+CuO—→2223晶核—→2223晶粒。首先合成2212相样品,然后用普通固态反应方法,合成2223相块材样品。交流磁化率及x射线粉未衍射实验结果显示,样品内几乎为单相2223超导体,扫描电镜(SEM)结果显示样品内晶粒有强烈织构。
A high quality Bi series 2223 phase superconductor bulk sample preparation method is reported. The formation mechanism of 2223 facies is that 2212 + Ca_2PbO_4 + CuO- → 2223 nuclei - → 2223 grains. First, a 2212 phase sample was synthesized and then a 2223 phase bulk sample was synthesized using an ordinary solid state reaction method. The experimental results of AC susceptibility and x-ray powder diffraction show that the samples are nearly single-phase 2223 superconductors and the SEM results show that the grains in the samples have a strong texture.
