研究了用氰基键合相色谱柱定量分析阿维·柴乳油中阿维菌素HPLC的方法。制剂中柴油成分的峰较早流出,而阿维菌素的峰在最后流出。正相HPLC的色谱条件如下:色谱柱,250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢,用HypersilCN5μm填充;流动相,正己烷+无水甲醇+无水乙醚=85+10+5(v/v);流速:2.0mL/min;测定的波长为254nm。在上述色谱条件下,阿维菌素b1a保留时间约为6.1min,b1b保留时间约为8.2min。本方法在1.0-16.0μg进样范围内呈线性,相关系数值(R)为0.9998。测得的回收率范围为98%-101%,变异系数小于10%。
A method for the quantitative analysis of avermectin HPLC in Avian diesel EC using a cyano-bonded phase chromatography column was studied. The peaks of the diesel components in the formulation flowed out earlier, whereas the peak of abamectin eluted last. The chromatographic conditions of normal phase HPLC were as follows: Column, 250 mm × 4.6 mm (id) stainless steel, filled with HypersilCN 5 μm; mobile phase, n-hexane + anhydrous methanol + dry ether = 85 + 10 + 5 : 2.0 mL / min; the measured wavelength was 254 nm. Under the above chromatographic conditions, avermectin b1a retention time of about 6.1min, b1b retention time of about 8.2min. The method was linear over the 1.0-16.0 μg injection range with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.9998. The recoveries ranged from 98% to 101% with a coefficient of variation of less than 10%.
