上市公司高管激励问题是一个长期而普遍存在的问题。除了国有企业,新兴的民营企业存在着同样的问题。本文主要分析了上市公司高管激励机制的设计原则、激励机制的类型和监督机制的设计。
The motivation of senior executives in listed companies is a long-standing and ubiquitous problem. In addition to state-owned enterprises, emerging private enterprises have the same problem. This article mainly analyzes the design principles, the types of incentive mechanism and the design of supervisory mechanism of incentive mechanism for listed companies.
