[目的]阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株侵袭乳鼠,引起组织器官病变特征分析。[方法]阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株经产毒培养后,灌胃ICR乳鼠,7d后,无菌解剖取肠、肝、脾、肾等组织器官,制做切片,HE染色后镜下观察。[结果]乳鼠小肠、结肠、直肠、肝、脾、肾发生明显病变。[结论]阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株对机体具有潜在危害。
[Objective] Enterobacter sakazakii Xinjiang strain invaded the suckling mice and caused the characteristic analysis of tissue and organ lesions. [Method] The Enterobacter sakazakii Xinjiang isolate was inoculated into the infected ICR rats after 7 days of inoculation. After 7 days, the organs and tissues such as intestine, liver, spleen and kidney were aseptically dissected and made into sections. After HE staining, . [Result] The obvious changes of the small intestine, colon, rectum, liver, spleen and kidney occurred in the suckling mice. [Conclusion] Enterobacter sakazakii Xinjiang isolate could potentially damage the body.
