为了解我市各中小学校食堂餐具消毒状况,进一步规范学校食堂的日常卫生管理工作。2010年3月3日—4月21日,张家港市疾病预防控制中心对全市119家中小学校食堂的餐具进行了消毒质量专项监测工作,现将监测结果报告如下。1对象与方法1.1监测对象全市119家中小学校食堂消毒后使用的碗、勺子、筷子、饭盒等样品1 186件。
